Tim Bachmeyer joins the Foundation as the Director of Major and Planned Giving. Tim most recently served as the Director of Development in Miami for the National Audubon Society's largest state office. He is a dynamic senior fundraising executive with a proven track record in some of the nation's premier institutions, including the Cleveland Clinic and the University of Miami School of Medicine. Tim has spent eighteen years as a fundraiser in the field of medicine in California, Massachusetts, and Florida specializing in major and planned gifts. He has managed campaigns ranging from $8 million to $50 million working with nationally recognized industry and community leaders to achieve capital and endowment goals. Tim is recognized for his ability to cultivate relationships and generate commitment through his strong interpersonal skills and ability to present high-caliber institutional images. Tim received his bachelor's degree in philosophy from Yale University in New Haven, Conn., and his master's and doctorate degrees from the University of Chicago.
